  After two months trying to chase them up about my deposit and after never getting a straight answer as to when my money would be paid I made my way to Spain this last weekend and I called them again and (unfortunately lost my temper with the person that picked up the phone) I apologised and requested a call back. When the Manager Helge called me he said I would never see my money back as I had lost my temper on the phone and I decided to make my way back to their offices. At their offices I was forced to change my bad review on google in order to get my money back by a man called Henning... I felt I had to do it as I feared for my safety! I thought I would later either contact google directly to report this and change my review back to what it was and add the latest thing that had happened. I now have my deposit money back but not before feeling utterly humiliated by Henning. I have to commend Sofia and Frank at the Villajoyosa Office as Frank was very good at calming things down and Sofia took time of her day to talk to me...

  Terrible.... They took me on and promised me to show my flat and care for it. They charged me for cleaning they never did... my property had a humidity problem they never reported and allowed to get worse, they haven't paid me the money they took as a deposit.
